Which forms to fill to make a divorce in California?
Dear everybody,
I am over 50 years old with to children , they are all over 24.I and my husband have just come to California for 6 months and are waiting to get US citizenship. I want to divorce my husband. We all already agreed on property division.I enter the site http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/selfhelp/family/divorce/divforms.htm#regular to find forms to fill in .However, there are so many forms.Could you kindly tell me , in my case, which forms should I fill ? I don’t wan to go to a lawyer for I want to save money. Nevertheless, if it’s impossible to do a divorce your self without the help of lawyer or attorney, then , which is the cost for the lawyer doing this? Where is the cheapest and reliable place to find a lawyer in divorce .I’m living Orange County , CA. I’m much obliged to your help!!!

I got divorced last winter, so I know a little bit about the divorce process. For the most part my attorney helped me through the tough times. The laws are most likely different in California than Oklahoma (where I used to live) so I don’t want to give you bad advice.
