I am currently living in the UK with my husband. I am a US citizen from Florida, he is from the UK. We were married in Apopka Florida then we relocated to the UK. Now we are getting a divorce. It is a completely uncontested divorce, we have just grown apart. I will be relocating back to Florida on Sept 1st. I have a son from a previous marriage who I have joint custody of but his primary residence is with his father. Since I have a son with another man does that disqualify me from getting a simplified divorce? Where do I get the divorce papers at? I cant seem to find them online. How much do they cost to file if I do it myself and how long does it take?
