When I filed my response to divorce, I also filed a fee waiver , and was granted by the court to waive the fee’s. Now I need to file my order to show cause – and i’m wondering if I need to file another fee waiver? Orange County, CA, Family law court Thanks

I have looked online, and gotten nowhere. My credit score is too low for prosper.com due to a recent bankruptcy (divorce!) and my current AmEx debt (keep reading). I don’t have a co-signer. I do have a great job, and the only reason I need this loan is because I was living in an area with an extremely high cost of living (Orange County, CA) and used my corporate AmEx for personal reasons and now have to pay it off or risk losing my job (I have been placed on probation, and get emails about this a couple of times a week). I have since moved (they allowed me to transfer) to Portland, OR, and kept my same CA salary. So, technically I could pay a few hundred a month to pay down the card, but my company wants it completely paid off within the next 60 days. Can anyone help? And, no, I will not fall for the "you send me $ then I send you $" scam.

My good friend has sadly been blinded by love until recently. Her husband is a marine and is worth jack ****. It is a long story but in essence, he cheats on her, parties, spends money,never signed her up for ANY benefits and is basically using her for marriage and seperation pay. I mean, even his mom told her to leave him. He is out of the military in August. What can be done here? Would reporting it to his CO do anything? How long would the process of divorce take (Orange County, CA)? He has openly said he won’t give her a divorce, I guarantee that is so he doesn’t lose his pay. Any advice would be much appreciated. We all already agreed on property division.I enter the site http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/selfhelp/family/divorce/divforms.htm#regular to find forms to fill in .However, there are so many forms.Could you kindly tell me , in my case, which forms should I fill ? I don’t wan to go to a lawyer for I want to save money. Nevertheless, if it’s impossible to do a divorce your self without the help of lawyer or attorney, then , which is the cost for the lawyer doing this? Where is the cheapest and reliable place to find a lawyer in divorce .I’m living Orange County , CA. I’m much obliged to your help!!!

My fiancee is currently going through a divorce and child custody. The attorney will have the paperwork ready by next month our only problem is that we have no address. She moved because she found out that we had it. We have some info on her and so I really have Three questions. The first would be would they be able to find her? can they serve her with the divorce papers and about how much would this cost. If anyone has been through a situation like this or is a PI any info would be helpful. We would go and find her ourselves the problem is that she is in orange county, Ca and we are in Florida.
For the first person to answer this question it is my business. We are a couple and he has asked for my help. Secondly, his wife cheated on him first then ran off and refuses to sign the divorce papers even though she’s with another dude. Thirdly he hasn’t seen his daughter in almost a year!! i want to help him find her so he can see his child again. How rude!
