Okay, so i know a pediatrician is a Doctor for kids
I really would like to work with kids so i want to be a pediatrician, the problem is… Im not a big fan of blood! I dont have a problem with taking shots for blood but like surgeries and stitches.. i dont think i could do that! I love kids and i dont want to hurt them!

So could you tell me exactly what a pediatrician does? ANd what is the grosest, and/or the most painfull thing i would have to do to a child?

P.S. I need to make up my mind fast on weather to be a pediatrician or a family law lawyer because i have to decide if i want to go to Debakey highs school for medical proffesions

Could it even be based on a married couple since that really wouldn’t reflect modern society? Would it be more accurate and PC to focus a single parent without the father mentioned.

I couldn’t help thinking that if it was remade into a modern version near the end when George Bailey was overcome by stress and emotions and yelled at his wife and kids and flipped a table over, how would that play out today?

Would modern day Mary go to bat for her husband George? I couldn’t help thinking instead of helping her husband George Bailey by rallying the whole town, Modern Mary would roll over on him and have him arrested. The later part of the movie would center around George’s domestic violence arrest. George’s angel wouldn’t be an old clockmaker, he have to be a good family law lawyer.

I guess it would end in a divorce and nasty custody battle. Maybe the happy ending would be that the Judge didn’t renew Modern Mary’s request for a 4th protection order and George was able to see his kids for the first time in a year.

Also in the divorce we offered him visitation to see his son and hes denied it he wants nothing to do with him, that was not my decision, does that mean he doesnt have to pay child support? My lawyer contacted a military family law lawyer and she is my witness in this divorce and she specializes in mypay and child support, she says he will have to pay 2 a month if the judge agrees but my ex doesnt want that he wants no visitation and to only pay 0 a month, that doesnt cover anything. My witness (military lawyer) says BAS and BAH are considered in determining child support, my ex went an got an affidivat saying that its not taxable income. I’m so confused which one is right? 0 does nothing for my son.
First off Im not bumming off him, he cheated on me at 5 months pregnant and has made his current girlfriend pregnant. This is a problem that some men, have been or will be confronted with when women become violent. Despite the myth due to lack of reporting, women assault men at a much higher rate.

Striking back will 100 % win you an evening in lockup without question. We would love nothing more than to put their lights out, I know.

Having to spend thousands of dollars on a lawyer?

Here’s a few steps on what I personally recommend.

1) Any witnesses present get names and numbers. Even write down friends or family so u remember.

2) Get your cell phone out and take pictures of any marks, bleeding or cuts.

3) Even if there’s no damage go to your doctor ASAP to get examined and get it documented.

4) Contact a family law Lawyer and advise them of the event. Keep his or hers name handy.

5) Never threaten her with calling the police.

If your a man, calling the police because your woman hit you is begging to go to jail.

Remember, when the police get involved, as a man you are considered the primary aggressor and presumed guilty. When questioned your girlfriend or wife will absolutely tell the police, you had her cornered, She was fearful, She feared for her life and only slap or punched you to make you get away. It was justified and she will tell the police this while trembling and sobbing.

She’s not going to F*ck her life up with assault charges, she going to throw you under the bus.

Rule number 5, never tell her your calling the Police or pressing charges. She can scratch herself up or rip her shirt and your shoveling shit with Chris Brown.

Hopefully you just walk out of the relationship or marriage and won’t tolerate a violent B*tch.

I have been separated from my husband for 5 yrs now,we have 2 kids the first 6 months of the separation was due to domestic violence against me so the judge ordered supervised visits for him ,gave me temp custody and made him pay child support for 6 months and told us both to get attorneys to handle it after that well we never did he paid the support for 6 months and then it got sporadic until he met his now girlfriend and he has not paid support in 4 yrs but i still let him see the kids if and when he did show up because they loved him sometimes he would not call or show for months,he has been homeless through ten jobs and now has 2 babies to care for w/ new gf well this spring break after he knew I spent all my tax money on getting my kids new beds and clothes because he doesn’t support them he ask if he could get them for the week so I said yes he said they would be in town at his sister well the next day dss showed up to investigate me for being on drugs and a pigstye house well they saw my house was spotless and I passed my test well he has taken them 5 hours away same st s.c. away gotten an attorney has them out of school they are all honor students and wont let me have them back,the one time he did let them call they begged me to get them , I have no money for a lawyer I pay my bills and have raised this kids on my own I make to much for legal aid forty dollars to much but not enough money to give a lawyer thousands of dollars and yes I did call and beg and all i hear is sorry we cant help please some one tell me how to fight this I also have 2 older kids 12 and 14 i don’t know where he has them I am helpless and desperate the law says we are both custodial parents and decide in court but they have lived w/ me for 5 yrs and he just ups and takes them

They are 6 and 7,social services is on my side but we cant find him to serve him with truancy papers much less anything else,I called every family law lawyer they all say it cost any where from three to five thousand…………. thanks for the support but I think it is going to take a miracle at this point

I currently have a family law lawyer. I opened a child support case and my lawyer said that he will now only be able to handle visitation, not child support. is this true?
my lawyer is not trying to avoid child support. in fact he has been. what i meant was that he says he is not able to work with us with child support if i get the county child support people involved. then it becomes their job.
