Please offer your answer to this question through your wildest imagination. As we know, the people in USA probably consume and send a highest amount of flowers, greeting cards for almost every occasions to each other. However, we still probably have a highest rate of divorce, law suits,….. in the world. What does that mean to you? I will post my view to share with all in 2 months. Have a nice day and a wonderful holiday.
I’ve always wondered why, if you gotten an annulment, your husband is your ex, like when you get divorced. If the marriage wasn’t consummated and was a farce, a la Kenny Chesney and Renee Zellweger, why are you considered exes? Anyone in law like family/divorce law can clarify it for me, please?
when are they going to make divorce LAW illegal in the USA t ?
people could just get seperated, the two do say i do when they are asked for better for worst for richer for poor till death do you part, does that not mean anything any more.
I have heard that some some lawyers have made very good money in divorce law and/or bankruptcy law. They will advertise that they will "do" a divorce or bankruptcy for a few hundred dollars and then many people will call in for their services. I have also heard that divorces and bankruptcies are usually not too complicated. Any information would be great – I may be very misinformed.
My girlfriend’s ex-husband will not comply with some of the items in their court-ordered judgment. She tried to be decent during the divorce but he refuses to accomidate in any way. Now she is afraid to get legal help to make him, even though she is do her share, and some involves the care of their children. She fears it will cost more to have the judgment inforced than what he owes her. Anyone have a little divorce law advice in CA? She really tried to be fair during a bad time and isn’t trying to take more than what the court found to be equal. I’m just trying to help her feel a little better about the whole thing. Thanks.
Like some states have divorce law that each partner gets 50% of everything. If so, then whats the use of a pre-nup? If they didn’t do one then its 50/50? If they do sign one then its up to the pre-nup agreement reguardless of state 50/50 law?
I would like to know Uncontested divorce law in Missouri State.
