Need Family Lawyer in Nassau Cty,to make soon to be x sign contract as I have sol custody,2make her sign,&cred
been married 11 yrs,wife moved out 8 yrs ago,I got soul custody & she decided she wasn’t going to sign contract because she’s living w/ abuser & just had baby & i wont bring her there & she never calls up daughter.she flips out a lot & i just gave notice for leaving my job in summer & move to another state & now i’m stuck.she owes lots of credit cards that have to be paid by sale of house. i’m little slow & she’s taken total advantage of me for 11 yrs. i am a custodian for nyc schools & my bro in law (lawyer) won’t help me at all.Was told i will need seperate lawyer for making her sign contract to sell house, & divorce. i paid for divorce twice on agreeing few yrs ago & lost lots of money.if anyone can help me please let me no where I can find a great compassionate lawyer. i live in Levittown, ny

is your brother in law your wife’s brother? or your sister’s husband? if it’s your wife’s brother, then no… you can’t expect help from him. it he’s your sister’s husband, then ask him for a referral. if he won’t refer you to someone, then ask your friends and co workers.
