Since you are the one who is willing to go to councling yet he is not there's something else-tell the lawyer he wants out because he wants someone else, if it was truly just marriage he owuld be willing to see a counceler-tell him you want to go to court, the jugde will see in your favor! you hsould be able to get one even if you can’t afford it but if not-just tell HIS lawyer when you see him that you deserve soo much more due to being married for EIGHT years and having children.
