I need to find out about free family law info for visitation of child?
My son is having problems seeing his daughter . His ex is using his child as a pawn and he is not sure how to get representation, as he can’t afford a lawyer . he does pay child support on time evry week .He went to leagal aide and they said he was unable to get help due to that his ex is in the system. Q) doesn’t lagal aide have plaintiff layers and defendent layers?

Legal Aid offices usually have more than one lawyer but if they don’t and she already has the only one then he will just have to try and call around and see if any attorneys will do it pro bono.
no, legal aide is a worthless group, about as worthless as the ACLU. Your sons going to have to take a crash course in how to write motions and get a copy of the statutes covering family law. You can represent yourself, but you have to do it smart. I have had much more success doing this than hiring expensive lawyers. The Key to writing motions is finding the right case law to use with the right statute! it can be done. Study study study.
