How to get a cheap divorce in california?
The husband is in california and the wife is in PA. Both want a divorce as they’ve been separated for over 20 years. The wife is unable to travel.
They have only an adult son and no assets.

You pay a small fee for paperwork etc but it’s essentially a do it yourself legal aid organization.

The one in Ca. can file the papers themselves at the court house. I think they will be able to fax you the papers and sign them if you are not contesting the settlement. Call the family court in the correct county.

You can have do it yourself Divorce. Its very cheap!

It can be done using a certified mediator. Check the Yellow Pages or do a web search.
