Good Divorce Lawyer needed in sf Bay area?
I am looking for a Good Divorce Lawyer in the San Francisco Bay Area. My wife committed adultery and had a child with another man and I didn’t find out until the child was 14 months old. If anyone can give me a referral i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

OMG, I feel so bad for you. However, don’t think that the fact she committed adultery will help you in the court room. However, you may be able to get any finances you invested in the child (if you want to go that low). Adultery (as hurtful as it is) doesn’t help in divorce court.
But, I wish you the best of luck on the next chapter of your life. I’m going through a divorce right now (it’s been a year and it’s still not final). It’s very difficult to go through, so hang in there and just get it over with as fast as you can. As hard as it will be, try not to be spiteful. It’s better just to get it done fast so you can get on with your life and wash your hands of this awful person.
Look online, they have lawyer referrals. Also, if you go to the court house and ask around, someone there will tell you who they recommend.
Google "divorce lawyer, san francisco bay area", and check out the websites to make your selection. Look at the Yellow Pages also. The best lawyers usually have the biggest ads!
