Divorce law in Canada: can wife limit access to children in divorce because of adultery?
In a divorce with admitted adultery, can the wife put a stipulation on the access of the father to the children as a result? For example – if after the divorce he is still in a relationship with the other woman (or if he marries other woman), can she say that he cannot have access to the children if the other woman is involved? Will a court allow this?

I don’t know about Canada, but it is automatically joint physical custody when you divorce in the US.
In that case she can’t do spit, and no the court will not take the relationship into consideration.
It sounds like she is just being spiteful by using the child the way she is.
