divorce law?
a friend of mine is going through a divorce, she signed off the deed to her home to her soon to be ex. with the understanding he refinance and take her of the deed. he had four month to do so and home is still in both names.she has moved out four months ago.since then the house has burned down.she is still listed on the deed and the insurance policy. is she intitled to have of the money.

She is entitled to half of the money if he did not refinance before the house burned down. They have not divorced yet, nor did he have her removed from the deed. Half is hers.
