California Family Law Question .. Fee waivers?
When I filed my response to divorce, I also filed a fee waiver , and was granted by the court to waive the fee’s. Now I need to file my order to show cause – and i’m wondering if I need to file another fee waiver? Orange County, CA, Family law court Thanks

Unless the judge ruled that you are indigent and waived all fees and court costs relating to this action, you need to file a new wavier with any new form you file for which there is a fee.
UPDATE: I forgot to add "I think" to the above response. I’m pretty sure this is how it works, but my memory is fuzzy. Be sure to ask the court clerk, just to be sure.
