me – Immigrant in US frm 87, US Citizen now. I’ve a big law suit -covers family abuse, marriage conspiracy and fraud by my two wives both from my own birth town in SE Asia, traditnl arranged marriages blessed by my elders. The 2 wives families took adv’tage of the arnged marriage system with crim’nl intents. O’rseas(OS) gvt and lwyrs involved in fraud and con’sprcy against me for fin’cial gains, denying justice and ext. int’ntnl delays and denied court records. 1st wife (0K/yr) and her parents since 92 and her ext fmly in US with my d’ghter 400 mls away . 2nd wife -similar intent, I left her OS. 2nd marriage b’ng annulled here. 1st wife eliminated my reltnship with my dghter, in spite of my h’nst attempts till now. 2003-2007, me in my b’town OS alone reg’dng 2nd marriage and neighbrs disliking me w/ no famly played murder attempts me and the PD no action on ‘em but threatened me. me and life damged and inj’red seriously- lwsuit ag’nst 2 wives et al, OS and US gvts,OS ngbrs,lwrs

This is not a big federal lawsuit, it is two separate divorce actions.
Get a grip and get a lawyer.

So, what’s the problem? sounds like you’re squared away.
It’s terrible that you were taken advantage of not once, but twice. This is NOT the first time I’ve heard about this kind of thing from wives coming from overseas. Here in the USA, it is not normal practice to have an arranged marriage. You are trying to mix issues here by involving 2 country’s methods, so please try to simplify this by remembering you are a US Citizen and must abide by US laws. It is possible you can file suit for fraud and criminal actions, but be prepared to prove your case. You can ALSO (& I highly recommend) to get a visitation order on file for your daughter directly through the court system, or obatin legal counsel. I don’t know the complete situation and I’m sure there’s more to it than we know, but please seek legal counsel for help and don’t attempt criminal or fraud actions pro-bono (on your own). You have more than one issue here and it may take more than one specialty attorney if you so choose to take action. If you don’t go this route, your only other option would be to put it all in the past and learn from your mistakes. And find a good US
