Ahhh Financial Trouble?
My mom is a real estate agent and as a matter of fact voted in the top 5 for the best realtors in San Diego county. This bad market is terrible, and my mom is going through a divorce with her 2nd husband leaving us in the pit. Having three children with no child support isnt that much of a help either and a 3.5k mortgage a month. There is no way we could sell our home and my mom needs money. We figured out in order to survive she would need a 20 dollar an hour job which does seem really pricey but we need to make the bills.
PLEASE dont reply with those get-rich-quick-survey-schemes. I really need help. With my moms skills is there any high paying jobs out there in Southern California??

I am sure your mum has worked with many brokers and lenders being a real estate agent. There are a lot of companies that are involved in the sale/purchase of a house so means she would have lot’s of contacts especially being in the Top 5. She would of made them money so time to call in some favours. Surely she must a close contact who could help her get a full time job until the market bounces back. She can still do sales on the side as their is always someone buying.
Like all suggestions look at the toys/assets you have and see if you can sell some off as this si the first place you could look.
I’m on the other side of the country from you so I have no idea about jobs over there. If you’re old enough to be posting on this site you’re old enough to get a job of some sort. If your family is in serious money crisis, do what you can to help. If you’re between 13 and 15, offer to clean people’s houses for them or do yardwork or babysit. If you’re 16+, go directly to the nearest fast food restaurant. They will hire you.
Also try to keep the house clean for your mom and help take care of the other kids.
